As the Analytics Engineering Lead within Data Operations, I am driving a re-architecture of our data delivery framework with a strong focus on data security, lineage, and governance. A key achievement has been leading the implementation of Coalesce, which has dramatically reduced project delivery time from 6 weeks to 1 week. My team of 4 is responsible for delivering impactful data automation projects, which have demonstrably increased user engagement and/or reduced costs within tight deadlines.Key responsibilities include: architecting data solutions in Snowflake and Coalesce.io, implementing data governance and lineage, leading data automation initiatives, and continuously optimising our data delivery processes.
