About Adam Parritz

I am a director at Glenstar, a leading real estate investment and development firm. I have over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, managing portfolios of various asset classes across the US. I am skilled in asset management, valuation, negotiation, financial modeling, market research, and business analysis. In my previous role as an asset manager at Värde Partners, a global alternative investment firm, I co-managed a real estate LP equity portfolio and a loan portfolio with a combined value of over $4 billion. I led asset management, workouts, and disposition efforts for several properties, achieving significant cost savings, returns, and value enhancement. I also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies, negotiate contracts, and oversee operations. Prior to that, I was a vice president and an asset manager at Singerman Real Estate, where I contributed to the acquisition, disposition, and management of over $1 billion of real estate assets. I have a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and I speak English and Hebrew. I am passionate about the real estate sector and its impact on the economy, society, and environment.
