On behalf of commercial real estate developers and investors, we arrange debt and equity financing from $1 million to over $200 million. Gantry originates for major institutional real estate lenders including life insurance companies, pension funds, government sponsored agencies, commercial and investment banks. We also service the majority of loans we arrange. The company is privately and independently owned by its principals who are directly involved in loan origination on a daily basis. We service approximately $16 Billion in loans.Since joining Gantry in March 2007, Adam had to build the foundation of his business and real estate knowledge during the Great Recession which required unrelenting persistence. He quickly earned his status as a Principal in 2014 and has consistently been a top producer for the firm. Working directly with numerous insurance companies, banks, agencies, Wall Street conduits, debt funds, and other financial institutions, Adam delivers the right financing solutions for his clients.Before joining Gantry, Adam worked at a regional bank as a loan officer in Phoenix. His experience at the bank has provided him valuable insight into a lender’s perspective and process. He uses that insight every day to navigate the ever-changing capital markets.
