FACT3 create and deliver fully bespoke co-sourcing solutions for SMEs across the UK, in the 3 business critical areas of; Accountancy, Human Resources and IT, or as we call them: Numbers, People and Systems. Co-sourcing, or collaborative resourcing, means that we blend our clients\' internal resources with FACT3’s experts providing a joined up, cost effective approach to full-service delivery. We play a major part in helping our clients grow, constantly evolving our service in line with their unique business plan, delivering the basics all the way up to board level support which is delivered both on and off site. Our edge is our people – without them, none of this would be possible. As a seasoned IT leader and engineer with over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, I have developed a deep expertise in both managed services and internal IT environments. I have a proven track record in information technology across diverse industries, including Managed Service, Nuclear, and Housing. Currently spearheading technological advancements as the ICT Infrastructure Lead at WCHG, I excel in management, budgeting, and project planning to ensure seamless business operations.My career is characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence in the design, implementation, and support of solutions and services. I have effectively led and managed teams of highly skilled engineers, creating a collaborative and productive work environment. My responsibilities have included working on, within, and managing a service desk, ensuring efficient and effective IT support.
