As Chief Development Officer of National Review Institute (NRI), the nonprofit partner of National Review Inc, I lead all philanthropic advancement efforts to sustain and expand NRI’s mission to defend and advance the ordered liberty that is necessary to human flourishing and to a free, prosperous, and strong America.I oversee the full scope of fundraising strategy and execution, including leadership and major giving, managing a personal portfolio of principal and major donors and directing all major gift strategies for the organization’s mission. I lead and mentor a national team of major gift officers and development staff responsible for donor engagement, stewardship, and growth. I oversee NRI’s direct mail and digital fundraising programs, ensuring message alignment across channels. I oversee corporate and foundation relations, and special initiatives supporting NRI’s educational programs, fellowships, and events. I also partner with NRI’s executive leadership on strategic planning, donor communications, and organizational growth.My work focuses on strengthening NRI’s long-term sustainability, deepening engagement with supporters of National Review’s mission, and securing the resources that allow our fellows to shape the conservative movement for the next generation.
