I am currently a senior at Bridgewater State University set to graduate in May of 2024. I am majoring in marketing/marketing management, and minoring in communication studies. I am experienced in the promotion of brands and products, generating leads, while also driving sales. Based on my practical experience at various levels, I have a solid understanding of customer management. I excel at customer relations with the ability to understand customer needs and upsell where applicable. I have been eager to learn digital marketing and have certifications in analytics, as well as SEO. I have participated in a course-long project, while receiving my Institutional Review Board certification to conduct market research for a nonprofit organization.
