As part of our succession plan at ESI, I was promoted to Senior Vice President on January 1st of 2016. Both the President of ESI and myself are equal partners currently invested in a buyout with our Director / CEO. My role consists of sales management, strategic planning, and territory sales responsibility. As our succession plan continues our goals for the company are- Always Increasing our level of customer service - Growing our technical expertise - Continuing our success with the consultative sales model - Adding Value through Field Assistance/Adjustment/Inspection/Troubleshooting - Improving the customer experience by generating and creating custom tailored solutionsMy sales territory includes (2) major customers for ESI - Omaha Public Power District and Nebraska Public Power District. As the onsite technical expert for a few of our premier lines I also am directly involved with UNMC/Nebraska Medicine and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I manage the sales for our Nebraska and Kansas Territories which involves inside and outside sales personnel. As a principal of our company, I am tasked with managing and improving our relationship with our the principals at our manufacturers we represent, our distribution partners, our industry leading consultants, and local linemen colleges.
