Led product vision for a suite of products unifying configuration, monitoring, and status across teams: Network Designer, Network Operations Center dashboard, and Customer Portal.Delivered a distributed monitoring and control system for networks across 4 satellites and 10+ ground stations, maintaining 99.5% uptime SLA on networks generating $20M+ annually.Built an integration layer for multiple third-party network management systems — translating between SOAP, REST, SNMP, and pub/sub protocols into a single clean internal interface for automated network monitoring.
