I am a highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident leader of people with very strong work ethic and unparalleled levels of dedication to complete a task or achieve a goal. I have a significant wealth of experience within the complex and ever-changing world of automotive retail and my most recent position has also afforded me the ability to expand my expertise into the luxury retail sector as well as understanding the requirements of managing a relationship with one of the most powerful and well recognised brands in the world. Whilst I have an affection for all things automotive, my real passion is developing others around me and enable my teams to realise their potential and achieve their goals no matter how big or small. I like to adopt a forward thinking and long-term approach to day-to-day operations to minimise risk and ensure consistent business growth over any given period. I pride myself on my ability to review a situation or process, analyse what works and what needs development and then implement change as required. I am committed to providing clear communication and a ‘whole-team inclusion’ mindset as the I truly believe a high performing team is stronger than sum of its individual components. As a leader of people, I believe in being approachable and compassionate and I have had first-hand experience of why this style of leadership works.
