With almost two decades of experience in the energy industry, I am taking my contractor experience and using those skills to benefit the operators within the L48.I worked with Nabors Drilling for 17 years, where I worked my way up from within the rigs. I have managed East Texas, South Texas, Appalachia, the Rocky Mountains, and offshore. After working with the majority of operators in the US, I am taking all the best practices that effect the operators AFE and days on well to ensure that they have a better chance of drilling throughout this difficult market. Items that have been put to use:1) Contract review2) Off bottom flat time reduction3) Rig move time reduction4) Si-mops implementation5) Safety culture6) Operational execution7) Rig NPT reduction8) AFE focus on costs for opportunities for cost savings. 9) Assistance with rig selection, and ensuring operator is aware of all unforeseen concerns.
