Urbana is a town planning consultancy based in Sheffield & London and working nationwide. Before anything else we are born of a passion for the built environment and the way that cities work. Our mission is to provide exceptional design-led planning expertise. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our depth of experience in all sectors across the country, which give us the knowledge and abilities to successfully manage the growing complexities of the modern planning system.From a one-off self-build development, to landmark mixed-use regeneration schemes, to sustainable urban extensions of thousands of dwellings, we understand our clients’ commercial realities and track a path through the planning process to achieve their development objectives. This can often mean balancing design, Council requirements and other competing factors and our advice is always clear, to the point and with our clients’ interests at heart.
