I am a Director and Head of the Manchester Development Team. I have over 23 years\' experience advising on development across the North of England. I previously spent 12 years at Lambert Smith Hampton and before that I was HOW Planning\'s first graduate. I am a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor who advises on a range of development issues. I specialise in development consultancy for the public and private sector including mixed use and regeneration projects. My day to day role includes: property market assessments; development options; feasibility and viability; funding and delivery; and public sector procurement issues. I also regularly lead teams on large complex development projects.
