Throughout my career, I’ve built a track record of helping mission-driven companies grow by establishing clear processes, defining KPIs, and integrating Traction/Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) principles that bring accountability and clarity to teams. Beyond corporate growth, I co-founded and serve as CEO of St. Michael Catholic Radio 94.9 FM, where I’ve raised over $1 million in funding to sustain a vibrant Catholic media presence in Tulsa. Over the past decade, we have built systems and structures to provide financial stability for the station but also forged deeper community connections through meaningful programming and events.I’m also the co-author of Living Beyond Sunday: Making Your Home a Holy Place (Ascension Press), a resource helping young Catholic families integrate faith into their daily lives.Whether in marketing strategy, business consultation, organizational systems, or community-building, success outlives cost - what endures is the results.
