I am an award-winning Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in project and proposal management, contributing to the growth of three technology companies in the US and global markets. Currently, I serve as a Public Sector Project Manager II at Coastal, where I excel in leading project teams, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. My expertise spans agile and waterfall project management approaches, risk management, and client collaboration.I have a proven track record of closing over 200+ projects with an average generating nearly $1 billion in total revenue. I have also significantly improved project planning, project discovery sessions, consistently meet timelines, management, RFX process flows, increasing bid submissions and down select rates on proposals.
