    Project Manager – Legacy Circuit Replacement (LCR) Program | Jan 2020 – PresentPortfolio: Coordinate directly with the client Network Team and Architects to manage a portfolio of ~175 transport upgrade projects per year across the utility’s footprint. Typical scopes replace leased four-wire comms circuits with MPLS on a fiber backbone, MW, 700 MHz master & remote radios, or a cellular radio. At peak, LCR averages replacing ~3.5 leased circuits per week. Larger scopes include the installation of MW huts and monopoles where preexisting infrastructure is unavailable.Forecast: Responsible for financial forecasting of approximately 50 active work orders per month across a range of scopes, engineering firms, and vendors; responsible for forecasting project statuses of entire portfolio quarterlyBudget: Management of ~70% of the budget for larger scale, Tx LCR projects (typically MPLS, fiber, & MW scopes), accounting for ~40 projects per yearSchedule: Maintenance of a schedule coordinating field resources and materials across three states at an average of five control houses or other client facilities per week, each job requiring a minimum of two distinct asset change tickets Report: Carry out a range of reporting responsibilities containing financial and construction status updatesDesign Engineer – Crossbow | Apr 2019 – Jan 2020Design: Member of design team for the Crossbow program. This initiative allowed for remote access into Crossbow capable assets at 151 substations across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Provided electrical schematic and wiring diagram designs for Tx substations varying in scope, with up to 50 drawings marked per IFC package. Assets manipulated in scope included: SEL-3530 RTACs, SEL-2020/2032s, and Cybectec processors. Other design duties could consist of site visits, scope definition, and identifying / requesting all pertinent drawings.
