   Crescendo Collective is a creative digital agency. We work with our clients to design, develop, launch and maintain interactive digital experiences and software. In starting, I helped facilitate the companies merger between Trillitech and Tech By Design. Closely work with other senior leaders to drive growth and seek improvements in operational processes, coordinating financial planning, analysis and reporting.My specific duties include developing financial operating reports, such as annual plans, weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts. Gather business performance data, analyze and compare it to previous periods, and develop recommendations for improvements in revenue growth or resource allocation. Daily business operations and HR.I report to the CEO and serve as an integral member of the senior management team, as the Vice President of Finance and Operations, I\'m responsible for the development of Crescendo Collectives financial management strategy and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. In addition to the strategic components, I\'m developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures both in the finance and general operations. Adviser to the CEO and other key members of senior management on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters. Contribute to the development of Crescendo Collective\'s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization. Promote our company\'s culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Establish and monitor performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities. Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures. Improve administrative and operational accounting services such as payroll, accounts receivable accounts payable, and purchasing.
