Coaching is focused on investment readiness, fundraising, growth strategies, and supply chain strengthening. Impact Hub Kigali brings a systems change approach to improving the entrepreneurial ecosystem, supporting environmental sustainability, and creating platforms for arts, culture, and social progress.

ABOUT ADAM MCLEAN
I\'m a creative Canadian who loves to build ideas from scratch. Most recently I am focused on creating competitive advantage through sustainable, socially focused business models. This requires a careful balance of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering dedication to the power of metrics and evaluation. Playing in both for-profit and non-profit spaces I love acting as the connection between the funds and the activities, first aligning on the goals, setting out the plans for engagement, and then measuring, reporting and improving along the way. As a leader I value inclusivity, transparancy, and empowerment. I\'m a real \'get everyone on a quick call\' or \'let\'s everyone gather to hear the updates, ask questions, and get on the same page about the plan forward\'- I have personally seen this approach bring out the best in individuals and team, and love being in an environment where pepople understand the how and the why of the organization they are a part of. In the next 5 years (2023-28) I am looking forward to finding more profressional opportunities outside of the coffee industry, with specific interest in broader food & beverage categories, tourism, and sports. I plan to take some time to focus on a specialization through post-grad education, most likely a masters of finance with a focus on sustainable and impact investing.
