I am a driven and experienced engineer, and have highly disciplined skills within mechanical engineering, specifically HVAC/R, digital design and marketing. These characteristics are the backbone of my dream and career of being a well-known Industrial Engineer. I enjoy having the ability to understand the aesthetics and beauty behind products and why people in the world actually \"need\" this or that. The theory and ideology of industrial design is to create the NEW new. You need to be able to create something, and have a customer pick it up, and say \"I want this. I need this,\" in reality though they really don\'t, it\'s just the idea of being the next trend or the next fashion of design. Consumer items and objects are a reflection of our personality, a perfect example is from the documentary ObJecTiFied, where they describe the link between a person\'s personality and their car. In the long run, I see myself as a strong successful person, but it takes stepping stones to reach your dreams.

   As the Engineering Support Manager I am the lead, subject matter expert for Davidon Industries, Davidon Industries Solutions, Davidon Gas Solutions LA and Cotherm NA. In this role I work directly with our manufacturers and OEMs by providing engineering/technical support for all product lines we represent. I act as the technical liaison between HubSpot, Operations and the Principles during the project discovery phase all the way through to completion. I promote and coordinate all technical knowledge and training of HubSpot. I track and identify new opportunities to improve our methodology as well as the best practices for training new and current customers and teams. I assist in territory sales for New England and Mid-Atlantic where needed. Overall I am the lead spokesperson and contact engineer for companies engineering and technical capabilities, and in doing so, collaborate and partner with all new businesses.With our OEM Partnerships and Customers I work directly with design and marketing to suggest products and solutions that meet their requirements, efficiencies and will grow profits. I serve as the lead on all major technical projects with all of our Branch & Brand Managers/Reps. As I monitor our Principles\' I work in vetting their strengths and weaknesses, having influence on the company\'s direction, and help build the attraction/maintenance of our product lines to ensure all options will be covered for our customer base. Web development, management and coordination along with the collaboration of HubSpot full scale integration through Teams, SharePoint and Communication is my biggest responsibility, as Davidon Industries moves to modernize and become the total solutions representative both with the states and globally.
