I am currently an Athletic development coach at Manchester United Football Club Academy and the lead strength and conditioning coach at MMU Rugby Union and Manchester Basketball (women’s first team) where I take the lead on session delivery, programming, testing and warm ups.Moreover I am a personal trainer at Platform Performance gym where I take sessions of uptown 8 people for personal training and also up to 16 for fitness classes.
