Conduct trainings and presentations on pressing legal issues. • Dispute Resolution – Assist with managing outside counsel regarding litigation. Advise management on risk and facilitate resolution of claims. Draft related documents including demand letters and settlements. • Risk Management – Provide general legal consulting to Board of Directors, EC, executive officers, management committee, loan department, internal auditor, department heads, and all other employees on a daily basis.
