ABOUT ADAM MAREK ADAM DABKOWSKI

As a Cyclotron Specialist for Europe at Advanced Cyclotron Systems Inc.(ACSI), I provide maintenance, training, and support for the TR-24 and TR-19 cyclotrons, a state-of-the-art devices for radioisotope production. I work with local managers, engineers and operators across Europe and India to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the cyclotron and the quality of the radiopharmaceuticals produced. I have over 20 years of experience as a cyclotron scientist, radiochemist, QC operator, PET technologist, and consultant, having participated in the opening of four cyclotron labs in four different countries. I hold a PhD in Health/Medical Physics from Cardiff University, where I also worked as a Cyclotron Engineer and member of the management board for 10 years, helping students and employees to operate lab equipment, and develop new methods for production of isotopes in the C18/9 IBA cyclotron. I am a trained and certified Radiation Protection Supervisor and a co-author of multiple publications on radiolabeling and drug delivery. I also visited the new Radiopharmacy department in Yangon (Myanmar) in July 2016 as a consultant designated by Cardiff University. In addition, I run my own company, Cyclotron Specialists Ltd, where I help my customers to establish the most effective methods for production of new radiopharmaceuticals according to the highest standards (ISO, cGMP etc.). My mission is to advance the field of nuclear medicine and improve the lives of patients through innovation and excellence. As a newly certified AI Manager I also actively leverage AI and ML insights to continuously enhance our operational and R&D capabilities.
