He/Him/His) As a results-driven banking professional with over 17 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to leadership, customer service, and financial services. Currently, I serve as a Branch Banking Leadership Coach at TDBFG, where I coach branch leadership nationwide, onboard and develop new employees, and lead 2SLGBTQ+ initiatives. My career journey has equipped me with extensive skills in managing operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering customer relationships. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering inclusive environments. I have a proven track record in financial analysis, risk management, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering results through effective coaching and teamwork.I hold IFC and BCO certifications and have completed various professional development courses, including Essential Impact training, Emotional Intelligence Education, and Management Fundamentals. My educational background in Creative Arts from Dawson College, combined with my hands-on experience, has allowed me to approach challenges with creativity and strategic thinking. Outside of my professional life, I am actively involved in community service, serving as the Chair of Pflag Elliot Lake and a board member of Elliot Lake Pride. I am also passionate about script writing, hockey, board game and escape room design, resin artwork, woodworking, and 3D printing.I am always eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities to contribute to innovative and inclusive organizations.
