ABOUT ADAM MACDONALD
Following on from the completion of my law degree in 2012, I went to work in the legal industry and am now a Practice Manager at a leading civil law set in London with key responsibilities for the Private Client, Personal Injury/ Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence teams. My main role is to manage the day-to-day goings on for members of chambers, whilst building and maintaining client relationships to contribute to the continued success of the business. Known for my close attention to detail and analytical way of thinking, I have often been given the leading role in tender bid writing (with successful results) and report/ presentation development and delivery. We all have stresses and strains in life and I am a strong advocate on maintaining a healthy work/life balance within the workplace to ensure that both individuals and the business can achieve sustainable growth.I\'m always looking to develop skills further and embrace challenges that are put to me, whether that be in the workplace or in personal matters.When away from the fast-paced legal world, I continue to proudly suffer as a season ticket holder at Queens Park Rangers Football Club as well as trying to get out and about to explore as many new places as possible.
