   Epic Analyst position serving as part of a larger team focused on support of current functionality and implementing updates and new features. Primary areas of focus is Release of Information / Legal Medical Record with projects aimed at optimizing existing workflows and utilizing new functionality to assist ROI in being as efficient as possible. With the team size, I also have had primary and secondary backup responsibilities diversified across the areas of Security, Deficiency Tracking, Coding, Reporting, and Identity. Additionally served as one of the Masterfile (LPG, LRP) approvers on my team as part of the overall change control process. Key Accomplishments-Implemented Automatic Claim Attachment workflow in collaboration with the Resolute Billing team. One of the first sites to utilize Doc Template functionality instead of Data Selection to further automate this process-Formulated overall strategy and built Document Templates, including leading design sessions, extensive testing and keeping Doc Templates up-to-date by using the Maintenance activity to review changes with stakeholders and make necessary updates-Developed, tested and implemented workflows and reports for Case Management that allowed staff in that area to work remotely during COVID-19 outbreak-Partnered with Operational Leadership and Business Process Consultants to plan and execute a large-scale project with the aim of transitioning current Quick Release users over to full ROI-Successfully implemented multiple new versions of Epic, including co-leading one of my team’s upgrade cutover planning and actual execution during Go-Live
