Senior executive with demonstrated success initiating and directing enterprise-wide intelligence, cybersecurity, and physical security programs for large complex organizations. AI LEADERSHIP (DHS): Appointed to serve on DHS Artificial Intelligence Executive Leadership Group to executive DHS Secretary’s AI vision and design DHS AI Governance Framework for Intelligence, responsibly advance AI innovation, and manage risks from AI. NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL (NSC): Represent DHS on NSC committees to develop national security and intelligence strategies for AI, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure resilience, and strategic competition. INTELLIGENCE and TECHNOLOGY (DHS): Led intelligence strategies integrating advanced technology into CBP’s intelligence collection and analytic operations, increasing intelligence output by with no increase in annual funding. WHITE HOUSE CABINET MEETINGS (DHS): Regularly prepare Secretary and Deputy Secretary for White House Cabinet meetings on CT, CI, Cyber, Critical Infrastructure, and other National Security policy meetings. AI, ML for INTELLIGENCE (DHS): Identified AI/ML tech solutions for intelligence, developed business cases, operational pilots, and governance frameworks to secure executive approval for mission-critical 5-year $multi-million programs initiated in 2023. CBP FIRST HUMAN INTELLIGENCE CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Assembled team to transform existing paper-based system into dynamic, automated platform that increased intelligence reporting by between 2017 and 2018.
