I look after the forecasting needs of two of the UK’s biggest retailers when it comes to Petcare.Figuring out what needs to be where and when is critical to keeping the supply chain function of any business running smoothly- And Mars is no different!Since joining, it feels like I have learnt everything there is to know about forecasting.But I’m sure there is always more to come! I have helped migrate the Demand Planning function over to a new system and done a lot of work on team branding internally.I travel to see my customers regularly and lead performance reviews and ways of working discussion with them.I have delivered business leading forecast collaboration results with my first customer- Evidenced by a #1 rating and associated comments in the 2018 TAS survey. I am very proud of both this and the Little Paw award I won for my work on a range review soon after joining!
