ABOUT ADAM LINTON
I\'m responsible for reviewing existing stock investments and generating and selecting new ideas. As a member of the asset allocation committee, I also contribute to investment policy decisions. Stock selection is undertaken through a combination of primary analysis, meeting company management teams, and third-party research. I manage the relationships between McInroy & Wood and these third-party providers. The firm invests directly in equities and bonds around the world. As well as stock selection, I also screen for and select bonds for relevant portfolios. In terms of business development, I maintain relationships with a variety of professionals to drive new business introductions. I\'m involved in the recruitment of new investment analysts and interns.
