Acted as Lead Analyst for the Epic Cutover which included collaborating with every application lead primary analyst, running the weekly team meetings, planning and executing 3 Clinical Dry Runs and 4 Technical Dry Runs, leading the clinical backload effort of 1,500 patients, developing the Master Cutover Plan, and managing the Technical Cutover to bring Epic up for our customers• Identifies team optimization opportunities including – ensuring team documentation is up to date, on call notes are added, system changes weekly test scripts are reviewed, and that analysts are adhering to manager and lead expectations• Assist with Annual Reviews, reviewing initial manager feedback and providing updates where relevant• Acting as Nova Admin who co-led 5 Epic upgrades and 26 SU Installs through the coordination of delivering education on best practices in Nova, creating Auto-Assignment Rules logic, tracking and escalating Nova reviews, and leading the cutover to the new system version • Maintain documentation of analyst performance and adherence to performance, system, and behavior standards• Function as team Change Coordinator, ensuring all tickets logged to team were up to standard before assigning out and included the necessary requirements for the analyst to move forward, following up with the requestor if these items were missing• Rolled out the Epic implementation phase Change Control strategy which included the formulation of the Epic Change Review Board meetings, building out the Sharp Allowed to Move list, delivering education on Content Management best practices, and executing system rules to enhance compliance to standards• Worked collaboratively with Sharp Environment Owner to stand up production maintenance windows, local deployment strategies, and overall Epic environment strategy
