I\'m currently a Bureau Chief in the Public Integrity Bureau (PIB) at the Kings County (Brooklyn, NYC) District Attorney’s Office where I\'ve investigated and prosecuted a range of cases, including attorney embezzlement and public servant bribery cases. In my work at PIB, I partner with various investigative agencies including the City Department of Investigation (DOI), the State Inspector General’s Office, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, investigating and prosecuting crimes involving city and state employees and contractors.[Views are my own.]

For more than a decade, Adam has advanced the KCDA mission by investigating andprosecuting complex public corruption and financial crime, earning a reputation for integrity,thoroughness, and results.Adam joined our team in 2015 as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Public IntegrityBureau, where he most recently served as Deputy Bureau Chief. He frequently partners withinvestigative agencies, including the City Department of Investigation, the State InspectorGeneral’s Office, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, to investigate and prosecute crimesinvolving city and state employees and contractors.Notable cases include a wiretap investigation into corruption in the construction industry thatresulted in more than 50 arrests; the prosecution of a private investigator who was convicted ofunlawful surveillance and promoting prostitution; the prosecution of an attorney who embezzlednearly $12 million from more than 20 victims; and the trial of an unlicensed contractor whosecriminally negligent construction of a stone wall killed a five-year-old child.Prior to joining KCDA, Adam served at the City Department of Investigation as Counsel to theInspectors General for the Departments of Correction and Probation and as Director of theMarshals Bureau. While at DOI, he was cross-designated as a Special Assistant District Attorneyin the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with the investigation and prosecutionof 10 uniformed Department of Correction staff members, including a former Chief of Securityand a Captain who were convicted of ordering an Emergency Services Unit team to assault anincarcerated person during a search. Before DOI, he practiced commercial litigation for five years
