ABOUT ADAM LEFEBVRE

Working in the polymer industry since 1994 I have been committed to broadening my knowledge and leadership experience in the industry which includes - business management, team leadership, risk management, marketing and market development, sales, planning, application and product development, effective relationship development, quality services and process development, and technical service. As the Sales Leader for Indirect Sales and Commercial Planning, I work with the best team and business partners in the industry, accountable for our indirect sales performance and management. Leading our commercial planning I am facilitating a broad cross functional team to maximize and optimize our sales and profitability across all assets, markets, and sales channels. I have a passion for working with people and teams to achieve positive and productive interactions enabling exceptional business results for NOVA Chemicals and our customers. Enabling and motivating people to reach their potential, engage in creative thinking, and working as a team to maximize sustainable business results is my ambition. Away from work I am dedicated to my family and being the best father and husband I can be. Other interests include golf, music, construction/remodeling, landscaping, art.
