He isparticularly experienced in many aspects of the Clean AirAct, including the Clean Air Act’s New Source Review, airtoxic, Title V, greenhouse gas, stratospheric and mobilesource programs. Adam also has extensive experienceunder both the Clean Water Act’s discharge permitting andwetlands programs
