As a Partner at Deloitte — the world’s largest professional services firm — I have had the privilege of leading and developing high-performing global teams, most recently within Alternative Delivery Models, Business Operations, Corporate Real Estate, and Shared Services. Currently, I lead Deloitte\'s Global Shared Services function (\'CoRe\'), overseeing a diverse team of ~2,500 professionals worldwide. With a 20+ year career spanning Corporate Strategy Consulting, executive leadership in a global luxury hotel brand, and a six-year transformation of Deloitte Canada\'s operations and enabling service model, I have developed a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational execution. My industry experience spans public sector, financial services, travel and hospitality, transportation, and retail — providing me with a truly global and cross-sector perspective within industry & professional services.
