As the Head of Loan Syndications for BMO Commercial Bank in Canada I am focused on leading our coverage, pursuit, structuring and execution of complex loan syndications for our clients in all industries and lines of business across Canada. Our team is focused on improving our coverage of and collaboration with external partners, BMO sales teams and clients alike. Me and my team specialize in structuring and arranging senior and subordinated debt solutions in support of businesses and acquisitions with strong, proven cash flow in all industries including real estate. Our North American capabilities and network when combined with our US and Capital Markets teams is market leading. As an advisor and lender, I bring 20 years of experience originating, evaluating and financing businesses and acquisitions for primarily large private company and private equity clients. I am a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) with a BBA (with distinction) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Prior to joining BMO I was a Director in the PwC Transaction Services Group, where I specialized in leading and performing buy-side due diligence engagements on acquisition targets. Please contact me regarding any large financing or participation opportunities and to explore what BMO Bank of Montreal can do for your business or how we can partner. Please help me connect you and your business to the bank\'s best solutions and experts. I know that we can optimize your credit structure and help you grow your business.
