Previous highlights, between 2017 & 2021- reduced backlog from +2 years to 10 weeks- achieved ISO 17025 in computer & mobile device data capture- embedded +£1million ICT transformation - designed and transitioned to state of the art Digital Laboratories - implemented growth plan of staff whilst reducing training spend- innovated \'thematic lead\' concept for digital accreditation and tactics- introduced case prioritisation and staged approach - carried no long term staff abstractions for sickness or other issues- significantly increased female representationMBA Senior Leadership.
