I am a banking, financial markets and regulatory lawyer with over 20 years\' experience gained in premier global institutions such as JPMorgan, Bank of New York Mellon, HSBC, State Street Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays and Blackrock. I am a financial services and markets generalist with hands-on expertise across securities trading and intermediation, asset management, institutional banking, custody banking and securities services, and broad regulatory implementation projects. I have most recently been engaged in securities collateral management, prime brokerage, wholesale global markets, and capital optimisation (Basel regulatory compliance). I also have acted as sole Counsel to a $20bn UK hedge fund during the Global Financial Crisis (20••••08).
