About Adam Klein
Adam looks to combine his interests in operations, strategy and entrepreneurship in innovative, fast-paced industries. He is currently the Vice President of Central Operations at FirstKey Homes (FKH), after serving as Regional Vice President of FKH\'s Midwest/Carolinas region in 2020 and leading FKH’s Transformation Office in 2019. Previously as a member of Cerberus Operating Advisory Company (COAC), Adam worked on the Residential Assets Desk and supported the operations of FirstKey Homes and Cerberus’ SFR strategy, leading projects to improve acquisition, funding, data and reporting processes. Prior to Cerberus, Adam worked as a Senior FP & A Analyst at General Motors, working for the Cadillac brand at its new headquarters in downtown NYC. He served as the Finance Lead on BOOK by Cadillac, a first-of-its kind luxury vehicle subscription service. Adam completed his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2014 and is a CFA Charterholder. In his free time, Adam is both an avid writer and runner – he’s kept a daily personal journal for 15 years and is on his way to running a 10K in every U.S. state.
