ABOUT ADAM JONES
As a Consultant with over 25 years of experience, I specialise in helping business owners and leaders unlock their potential. My expertise includes managing culture change, strategic planning, leadership development, exit strategies and providing board-level support for strategic decision-making. I work across various sectors enhancing performance and profitability through all the sectors and customers I work with. Helping those business owners understand the potential for their business and where to go with it is part of my drive. In addition, I am a University Lecturer, I lecture in Business and Sports Science at the Golf Education Partnership, part of Cornwall College Group, and the University of St Marks and St Johns in Plymouth. I have developed BSc, BA, and Masters programs for the university as part of a great team. In 2024 I have embarked on an Executive MBA with Ducere and The University of East London, using every opportunity to continue my development as an individual and my professional skill set.
