Deliver to Promise is a global project that will ensure our customers will receive a delivery date for there order that they can trust. This mean implementing a best in class SAP system as well as a number of strategic and operational reports which allow the business to track the “Story of the Order” and understand where improvements can be made to alway improve the customer’s experience. As Product Owner I ensure governance of the SAP system to ensure credibility and improvements for a better end to end ordering process for our customers
