ABOUT ADAM IMZIL

I graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Milano-Bicocca and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Communication at IULM, with a specialization in Digital & Retail Marketing. Throughout my academic journey, I have built a solid professional background that enhanced my time management, adaptability, and work ethic. One of my key roles was in the sales department at Leroy Merlin, where I cultivated a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, I later founded my own event organization business, managing events for municipalities, private clients, and venues. I’ve handled everything from communication and logistics to format creation and Instagram-based social media campaigns. This experience has significantly sharpened my public relations skills and deepened my passion for marketing—particularly in the retail and automotive industries. Before joining Galbani, I worked at Ipsos as a Junior Quantitative Market Researcher within the Customer Experience service line, focusing mainly on retail clients. My role involved extensive data analysis and the design and interpretation of quantitative research to assess customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics. Currently, I am part of the NextGen Program at Galbani (Lactalis Italia) as a Junior Sales Manager, within the van selling division. The NextGen program is designed to fast-track young talents into leadership roles, with the goal of becoming a District Sales Manager and beyond. This opportunity allows me to combine my passion for sales with a structured growth path in one of the world’s leading dairy companies.
