With over 16 years of commercial experience in distribution and manufacturing, I bring a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in highly competitive markets.I am also a change management and business transformation leader, with expertise in process improvement, digital innovation, ERP migration, and business optimization. I led the Canadian business systems migration to SAP, Tableau, and Salesforce.com, as well as the design and rollout of a Center of Excellence for supply chain, customer service, finance operations, and commercial support functions.
