Closing a 22,500 Sq. ft office, completing dilapidations and negotiations before handing back to the landlord.Relocating staff during the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring their welfare and needs were met.Identified, planned and opened a small 900 Sq. ft temporary office for essential onsite staff to work in, between the closing of one main office and the opening of a new 27,500 Sq. ft office.Identified and managed snagging when the building was handed over directly reporting to the main stakeholders.Managing the defect period from both the landlord and fit out contractor handover.Direct involvement with the architects, fit out contractors, internal stakeholders, electrical and mechanical teams in regular project meetings and updates.Responsible for 5 direct reports including hospitality, administration and reception.Managing external third-party services including, 24-hour security, cleaning services and all PPM.Managing the hard and soft services of a five-floor office building in Winchester.Working as part of a cross department team to create a business continuity plan, including visiting various sites to assess the availability of space for a small group of essential onsite staff.
