Unfortunately, business problems are going to happen. It is my job to effectively manage these problems. Unlike other general counsel\'s I manage litigation, and am actively involved in the day to day litigation. I focus on solving business problems. Whether it is a problematic business partner, employee, a former company member or shareholder who keeps causing a headache, a creditor who won’t pay, a customer making false allegations, someone trying to cheat your business, a vendor demanding money but produced subpar work, a contract gone bad, and so much more, I solve those problems. My business problem solving approaches have yielded outstanding outcomes for clients and have impacted the business laws of the State of Florida. My job is not just to be your lawyer or general counsel, it is to solve your business problem.
