Lean management concepts are a perfect compliment to businesses looking to improve on time defect free delivery to their customers.I am the corporate leader of Lean management for this dynamic growing organization spanning the Western United States. Partnering with our corporate Raymond Lean Management team and the leadership of our organization we train, teach, and support Lean efforts for Raymond West.I am responsible for delivering Lean training to sales professionals and leaders in and out of our organization. I am the leader of multiple Lean projects including corporate roll-outs, value stream mapping, Kaizen events and Jishokens.I have intralogistics construction project management responsibilities during our summer season. Responsible for project lifecycle, communication with high-profile customer leadership, all vendors, suppliers and engineers - with full cost accounting and end-to-end delivery.
