Adam is a litigator. Whether on behalf of individuals, large, medium, or small businesses, or governments, there is little Adam relishes more than being in a courtroom in front of a judge or a jury arguing his case. He has represented parties both as plaintiffs and defendants and has had success at every stage of litigation, including on the pleadings, on pre-trial motions, in trial, or on appeal.Mr. Heder’s practice has focused on representing individuals and companies in civil fraud matters, business disputes, and construction claims. He has represented public and private companies in federal and state court, as well as in private arbitrations. He has extensive experience litigating civil rights claims in federal court as well as representing private companies in whistleblower litigation. He has represented attorneys in legal malpractice matters and public companies in shareholder disputes. And he has represented numerous individuals and companies in property disputes and commercial claims. Prior to starting private practice, Mr. Heder spent a year clerking for Judge N. Randy Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where he briefed complex legal matters at the highest levels.
