A new role within a growing team providing technical expertise on Strategic Land projects across southern England ranging from small 40 units owned sites to potential unit new settlements for development and promotion. Assessing risks and opportunities on potential new schemes, appointing consultants and working up engineering strategies covering transport, highways, drainage, levels and utilities. Co-ordinating masterplans and vision documents, liaising with Local and Statutory Authorities. Siting on several development and innovation boards to ensure projects are at the leading edge of sustainability.
