ABOUT ADAM HATFIELD

I am currently a Maintenance Manager at Nestlé in Halifax, managing the technical stores and a manufacturing and packaging department where i manage a million pound budget. I am responsible for 13 engineers, 2 maintenance engineer managers and 2 stores envoys. my previous management roles have included: Maintenance Planning Manager, Shift engineering manager and Engineering supervisor. I am apprentice trained, have a level 5 HNC in electrical & electronic engineering and have worked within the FMCG industry for 20 years.
