Adam Hanover is Co-Founder and CEO of Union Main Group, a long-term holding company that owns and operates a concentrated portfolio of essential business services companies that collectively employ 2,800 people across the United States.Adam\'s investment style is hands-on and relies on long-term incentive plans designed to create generational wealth for founders and management teams alongside Union Main. A fourth generation native of Memphis, Adam attended local public school before graduating with honors from the University of Pennsylvania. Early in his career he was an analyst at Lazard Freres & Co. and spent five years at The Carlyle Group.
