ABOUT ADAM HADER

I’m a building science leader based in the GTA with a career shaped by both hands-on construction experience and deep technical training. I started my career on site, learning building systems, means, and methods directly from the field. That practical foundation still guides my approach today as I lead a multidisciplinary building science division focused on restoration, building envelope performance, structural work, and energy and sustainability.I work closely with owners, developers, and operators who need clear advice, reliable execution, and solutions that hold up under real-world conditions. My background in drafting, modelling, and engineering allows me to bridge strategy and technical detail, while my experience in the field keeps my work grounded, buildable, and sensitive to cost, schedule, and risk.In my current role, I am responsible for guiding divisional strategy, financial performance, and team development, but I stay deeply engaged in project oversight and client relationships. I believe strong outcomes come from listening first, understanding context, and providing guidance that is both technically sound and practical to implement.My focus is simple: help clients solve building challenges with clarity, integrity, and long-term value in mind.
