I bring more than 26 years of proven leadership experience in public safety, including 16 years as a Chief of Police for two communities, where I led organizations through growth, innovation, and meaningful change. Throughout my career, I focused on building strong teams, implementing new technologies, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and developing policies that strengthened efficiency, accountability, and community trust.After relocating to Nevada in 2023, I spent approximately two years working in real estate in Reno, Nevada. During that time, I continued to apply my leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills while guiding clients through significant financial decisions.
