At Century 21 Limitless Commercial, my team helps investors buy and sell Multifamily, Office, Retail and Industrial assets across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut markets. The Century 21 Limitless team has successfully closed over $2 billion worth of transactions. Prior to becoming a CRE investment sales advisor, I specialized in operations, capital raising and capital markets at Helge Capital. Adam started his career leading what would become a 300M real estate project. The task was to decommission a 5 acre trailer park in Revere with 103 trailers on it. The objective was to relocate all of the residents and to build 500+ units on the parcel. Adam completed the project in 8 months time. Adam and the Helge team worked with city officials to secure permits to build 250 units in the first phase of the project. Aside from this success, Adam was heavily involved in the capital raise side, raising millions for several multifamily deals in the North Shore area of Boston. He successfully led rent increase campaigns portfolio wide in each of his 3 years at Helge Capital, achieving a YOY increase of over 10% on average. Adam was also instrumental in leading the leasing operations in Helge’s North Shore portfolio keeping occupancy above 95% for the majority of his time working with Helge.
